Hi, my name is Theresa Smith. This picture is of my husband and I on our vacation in 2015. The truth of the matter is that we are workaholics that rarely take time off. When we do vacation we generally visit family in Illinois. We are high school sweethearts that married in 1983. Yep, we are still together. Two became one before God and we fully intend to do the ’til death do you part’ thing. We are Christians and although I don’t intend to use this blog as my platform to preach, occasionally some of my beliefs will be sprinkled in with the content. I respect your right to your beliefs, please return the favor.
So family…..I could not possibly be more family oriented. In our little house we have three generations that live together. We have my three grandchildren: a baby, a toddler, an elementary student, all girls. Then there are the two millenials (my daughter and son-in-law, and you met us two baby boomers above. It can get interesting living in such tight quarters but those circumstances also inspire some creative organization.
There is never a shortage of opinions when we review products and services in this house. You can be sure that you will read the good AND the bad about a product here. If you are a brand, just know that whatever I write, my readers can trust fully. In that, there is value. My Webfluential media kit can be found here but if you don’t want to go through a third party just contact me here.
Update: We just renewed our wedding vows on August 20th and took a short but wonderful vacation. Our biggest advice for a lasting marriage is that it doesn’t just happen, it takes a ton of work, compromise and love to get over the bumps in the road. It helps to go into it with the intention of a lasting, forever relationship and the “D” word is not allowed.
